Return & Refund Policy

1. B2B Wholesale Only – No Retail Returns
We deal exclusively in B2B wholesale orders, and as such, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or unsold inventory.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within [X] days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the damaged items along with your order details.

  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or credit note at our discretion.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

  • If there is an error in your order (wrong product or missing items), report it within [X] days of receipt.

  • We will arrange for a correction or issue a credit note where applicable.

4. No Refunds on Perishable Items

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on food and beverage items unless they are defective or damaged in transit.
